We manufacture and sell lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles (e-scooters, e-rickshaws, and kits), ranging from 48V to 72V with various Ah capacities. We also build custom battery packs based on your specific requirements.

⚡ 2. Are your batteries compatible with all electric scooters or rickshaws?

Most of our battery packs are designed to fit standard Indian EV models. If you’re unsure, contact our support team with your vehicle model and we’ll suggest the right battery or build a custom pack for you.

🔧 3. Do your batteries come with a warranty?

Yes. All INS batteries come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty and 1-year free service warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page for full details.

🧰 4. Can I track the battery status on my phone?

Yes. Our batteries are equipped with Smart BMS technology that allows real-time monitoring through a compatible Android app. You can track voltage, temperature, charge percentage, and more.

🚚 5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days. Custom battery packs may take up to 7–10 days depending on specifications and availability.

📦 6. Do you offer return or exchange?

Yes, we offer returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery in case of defective or wrong items. See our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility criteria.

💰 7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected pin codes. All payments are secured via trusted gateways.

🛠️ 8. Do you provide after-sales service?

Yes. We offer 1-year free service support, which includes health checks, diagnostics, and BMS support. After that, service charges may apply.
