We currently ship orders across India.
For bulk orders or international delivery, please contact our support team for a custom shipping arrangement.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Surface/Courier): 4–8 working days (depending on location)
- Express Shipping: 2–4 working days (available at extra cost)
- Remote areas may take longer due to logistics availability.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/volume.
- Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on specific products.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number via SMS/email.
- A link to track your shipment online.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure safe delivery.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged / Missing Products
- Please check your package at the time of delivery.
- If the package appears damaged, do not accept it and notify us immediately.
- If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos of the damage.
