2. Charging Guidelines
- Always use an INS-approved charger for charging.
- Connect the charger to a properly grounded power supply.
- Avoid using damaged cables, plugs, or extension boards.
- Ensure the battery is placed in a well-ventilated area during charging.
- Do not cover or block the charger’s air vents.
- Disconnect the charger once charging is complete – do not overcharge.
3. Battery Usage Guidelines
- Use the battery only for its intended application (e.g., e-rickshaw, inverter, solar, etc.).
- Do not short-circuit the terminals.
- Avoid deep discharge – recharge before the battery is fully drained.
- Do not connect incompatible devices or chargers.
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- If unused for more than 3 months, get the battery checked before reuse.
4. Handling & Maintenance
- Clean terminals with a dry cloth – never use water or chemicals.
- Inspect regularly for any swelling, leakage, or damage.
- Stop using immediately if unusual smell, heat, or noise is noticed.
- Always carry or transport batteries in their protective casing.
5. Warranty & Policy Conditions
- Warranty is valid only if the product is used as per this policy.
- To activate warranty, you must register your product at our official portal: Register Your product.
- Warranty will not be valid without online registration.
- Using non-INS chargers may void the warranty.
- Damage due to mishandling, accidents, water ingress, or unauthorized repair is not covered.
- Do not use the battery after 3 years without inspection – internal resistance may increase, causing overheating.

- Do not dispose of batteries in household waste.
- Follow local regulations for safe disposal or recycling.
