At INS Batteries, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality lithium-ion batteries and reliable service. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Returns:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product is significantly different from the one described/listed
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Battery not working on first use due to internal fault

❌ Returns Not Accepted:

  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery
  • Product has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
  • Product has physical damage not caused during delivery
  • Custom-built batteries made as per user specification
  • Minor performance variations within acceptable limits of lithium cells

📦 Return Process

  1. Submit Return Request
    Email us at support@infranovasolution.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide the Following Details:
    • Order ID / Invoice copy
    • Reason for return
    • Photo/video evidence of damage or issue
  3. Return Pickup
    • Our logistics team will arrange pickup (if eligible)
    • Or, you may be requested to ship it to our service center with proper packaging
  4. Inspection & Approval
    • Returned product will be inspected by our technical team
    • If approved, you will receive replacement or refund as per your request

💰 Refund Policy

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund will be initiated within 7 working days after product inspection
  • Refund will be made via the original payment method (bank transfer/UPI/card)
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details for NEFT transfer

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Battery must be returned in original condition with all packaging, accessories, labels, and invoice
  • We may charge a restocking or reverse logistics fee in some cases, especially for non-defective returns
  • INS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility conditions
