- Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered.
- In case of pricing or product listing errors, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.
- Any delays due to third-party courier services are not under our control.
- Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours.
5. Warranty & Service
- All batteries are covered under 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty and 1-Year Service Warranty.

- Warranty is void if the product is tampered with, misused, or used with non-compatible chargers/devices.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible issues.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection as per our Refund & Return Policy.
